This magnificent Art Festival is held every year in the month of February in the historic Kala Ghoda Art District. Home to a mix of Indo-Saracenic, Neo- Gothic and Art Deco architecture, this area hosts the nine day long festival of music, visual arts, theater, workshops, art stalls, children’s workshops, dance, heritage walks, talks and workshops on urban design and architecture. There is something for everybody here.:)
This year, Ink Trails Illustrations was a part of this spectacular festival and we had a stall at the Rampart Row, very close to the iconic Rhythm House.
The Festival attracts visitors in large numbers, not just from the city but from all over the country and also from all across the world. The response was immense and extremely encouraging.
A particular highlight of the event was when the owner of the old and popular Yazdhani Bakery visited our stall and was thrilled to see his bakery illustrated.:)
